Please note: During high-volume periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare each order.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Estimated delivery times:


  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after processing
  • Expedited Shipping : 2–5 business days after processing

 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Order Tracking


Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


Address Accuracy


Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages


  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
  • If your order appears lost, please reach out and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item or damaged upon arrival).
